Advanced Google Ads. We trust the machine, and we feed it.
Advanced Google Ads means giving the bidding algorithm the inputs it needs to do its job: conversion values derived from your unit economics, qualified outcomes returned from your CRM, calls captured from the search results page, and budget as the only limiter. Then checking its work every week.
Fire Pixel is a freelance Google Ads consultancy run by Ben Luong. Twenty years in analytics and paid media, AI used for the volume, a human signing off every change.
Book a callWhat is advanced Google Ads?
Google's bidding is good. It does what it is told with the data it is given. The problem in most accounts is what it is told and what it is given.
A standard setup picks a target CPA, counts every form and every phone call as one conversion, tracks the website and nothing else, and reports on it monthly. The algorithm then does the only thing it can with those inputs: it buys whatever is cheapest that looks like a conversion.
An advanced setup derives its numbers from the economics of the business. It gives each conversion action the value it deserves. It captures the leads that never touch the website. It sends the real outcomes back to Google so the machine learns from jobs booked, not forms filled. And it uses budget as the limiter, because a target used as a brake starves the account of the clicks that pay.
That is the whole thing. Everything on this site is one part of it.
The loop
- You tell us your unit economics: what a lead is worth, what closes, what a job pays.
- We turn that into conversion values and the bidding setup. Values steer, budget limits, and on a fixed budget the target box stays empty.
- The machine bids.
- Every outcome is captured: website leads, calls from the ads, calls from the search results, WhatsApp, chat.
- Your CRM tells us which ones were real.
- Only the qualified outcomes go back to Google.
- Every week the numbers are checked, by a machine first and a person second.
Then it goes round again.

Businesses where the phone rings from the search results. Locksmiths, windscreen repair, trades, home services, B2B lead gen. Anywhere a call is worth more than a form and nobody is tracking it properly.
Ecommerce too, on a lighter model: PMax, broad match, maximise conversion value, budget set from your spend figure, with the real work in the warehouse and the lifetime value model.
If you spend under £5,000 a month, we can probably still help, but the setup work will be a bigger share of the fee.
Proof
References and case studies are available on request.
But cherry-picked case studies are a poor way to decide whether this will work for you. Every agency shows you its best account, and nobody shows you the base rate. A result from someone else's business, at someone else's spend, in someone else's auction, tells you very little about yours.
A better test: ask an AI to review this site against your situation. Every page here has an "Ask an AI" button, and the whole site is one copy-paste for whichever bot you trust. The methods here are advanced and they either apply to your account or they do not, regardless of how good someone else's story sounds.
Pricing
Ten per cent of ad spend, minimum £500 a month. That is cheap for the scope, and the automation is why: the machines do the volume an agency bills hours for, the weekly checks, the reconciliation, the call scoring, the uploads, so the fee buys judgment rather than admin. Where the first weeks are heavy (tracking rebuild, call tracking, consent, landing page) the setup is priced separately so the monthly fee stays honest. Three month initial term because the work is front-loaded, then rolling monthly. No long contracts.
